ME EMMANUELLE RAGOT'S BIOGRAPHY

Emmanuelle Ragot has been a lawyer for almost 30 years and is ranked international expert in her filed of IP Data & TMT both in advisory and litigation matters, before national and European jurisdictions. WIPO's panelist, International speaker on a broad scope of new legal issues requiring technical skills and a personal vision of the future legal trends and framework at the EU and National levels, trained at the Paris Bar and practising in Luxembourg for more than 24 years, she was head of IP Data & TMT practice of magic circle as well as independent law firms and worked for 8 years in her last position as a partner - head of IP - Data & TMT as well as employment, and oversaw the creation and functioning of a legal innovation hub dedicated to startups with her team.

 

Recently founder of her own law firm, Emmanuelle Ragot Lawyers & Associates, the Franco-Luxemburger puts her expertise and her ethical and governance values at a top level service of a cosmopolitan clientele in finance and industry as well as in the field of pharma (she was involved in the incorporation of the APL Luxembourg and represented a pharma company and won a case for a potential liability's on a medicine), cybersecurity, technology, energy and environment & sustainability as an attorney at law.

 

She has also an experience as an independent non - executive board member as former Member of the advisory Board of the BOIP (Benelux Office for Intellectual Property), Equity partner of her former well-known and major independent law firm, Non - Profit organisation in real estate & technologies  etc...
